Purchase Process
At Streamline Aluminum Fence of NC, Inc., every customer is important. Our objective for potential new customers is to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about your fence purchase. If you contract with us for the installation, we will do our utmost to ensure that your expectations are met.
Here’s how the process works:
- Initial Inquiry: Contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail us via our web-site. We will answer your questions, provide general information about fence types and styles, and give you a "budget" price, based on the project details that you provide.
- Sales Estimate: When you are ready, we will schedule an on-site appointment with one of our sales estimators. He will review and measure your yard, talk with you about what you would like the fence to accomplish, help you with style and design selection, answer all your questions, and leave you with a written proposal that can be submitted to your H.O.A. for approval.
- Sales Contract: When you are ready to proceed:
- Sign the proposal
- Fax copy to our office
- Mail in appropriate deposit
- Contact us by phone or e-mail
- Installation: Once the contract is signed, call the 800 number located on the bottom of the proposal to have all utilities marked. At this time we will schedule an installation date. (A typical residential installation is completed in one to two days from the time we start the job.)
- Completion: Once the installation if complete and you have reviewed the job, final payment is due.
- Follow-up: Streamline Aluminum Fence of NC, Inc. will respond to any follow-up issues in a timely manner. We know that satisfied customers are our best source of referrals.
