Workmanship

Streamline Aluminum Fence of NC, Inc. will correct any errors in workmanship, if notified within (2) years from the date of the contract. Industry standard is (1) year.

Manufacturers Warranties:

Streamline Aluminum Fence of NC, Inc. will honor and administer all manufacturers’ warranties for materials used in fence construction.

Example: Limited Life-time warranty against defects in workmanship. Warranty on powder-coated finish will not chip, crack, or flake. Warranty is not transferable and is only valid to the original purchaser. Company will repair or replace, at their sole discretion, those found to be defective and will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty becomes void if the product is mishandled, altered, abused, damaged in transit or damaged by an uncontrollable force of nature, act of God, or declaration of war. In order for the warranty to be valid, a warranty acknowledgment must be completed and returned to the manufacturer along with your retail bill of sale within 30 days of the installation.

Gate Warranty:

Streamline Aluminum Fence of NC, Inc. will adjust gates within the first three months after installation, providing there is no evidence of abuse. Industry standard gate warranty is 30 days.
